PLYNYL® CUSTOM MATS can be fabricated out of any Plynyl® FW style and can be up to 12' x 20'. Custom Mats are the perfect solution for the hotel, office, shop or home that wants to highlight an area with a soft, textured flooring. Custom Mats can be fabricated with or without edge binding. Larger mats will be quoted on request.

Plynyl®, because it's woven, has an organic look and feel. When you select it for yourself or your client, the natural variations caused by the weaving process should be taken into account. Seams will be visible and there will be shading variations within the fabric. We see this as an advantage similar to wood or
stone flooring.

Bindings are made from Sunbrella® brand fabrics, which are solution dyed, and have excellent fade and weather resistance. They are available in 3 widths: .5", 1" or 1.5". Mitered corners are available with 1" and 1.5" wide bindings. All our bindings are sewn on. Self-binding is also available, done by folding the face fabric over the edge of the mat and sewing to provide a clean, finished edge.

Custom Mats made with our Basketweave style wider than 4'-8" (56") will need a seam. All of our other styles will need a seam when wider than 6'-0" (72").

All custom mats have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
